Premier League (Week 35) : Boro hold Man City to 2-2

ENGLAND, Apr. 30, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 35: Manchester City was held to a 2-2 draw by Middlesbrough on Sunday.

Middlesbrough players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Spanish forward Álvaro Negredo in the 38th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Chambers goal ('77) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Manchester City with goals by Sergio Agüero ('69 on penalty) and Jesus Gabriel ('85).

Manchester City FC remains in fourth place with 66 points from 34 games, tie on points with Liverpool.
