ENGLAND, May. 16, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 34: Four wins in a row for Arsenal. After their success against Manchester United, Southampton and Stoke City, the Gunners continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Sunderland this Tuesday.
Alexis Sánchez scored dual goals
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with two goals by Chilian forward Alexis Sánchez at '72 and '81.
Arsenal climbed to fifth place with 72 points from 37 games, tie on points with Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
