ENGLAND, Aug. 26, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 3: After losing 0-2 to Tottenham on August 20 and 1-0 to Huddersfield Town on August 20, the Magpies returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over West Ham this Saturday.
Newcastle dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish forward Joselu Mato in the 36th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Magpies further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Clark '72 and Mitrovic Aleksandar '86).
Newcastle United climbed to 14th place with 3 points from 3 games, tie on points with Arsenal and Chelsea.
