Premier League (Week 7) : Arsenal defeats Brighton 2-0
ENGLAND, Oct. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 7: Two wins in a row for Arsenal. After their 2-0 win against West Brom on September 25, the Gunners continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion this Sunday.
Arsenal dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish defender Nacho Monreal in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Gunners further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Iwobi in the 56th minute.
Arsenal climbed to fifth place with 13 points from 7 games, tie on points with Chelsea.
