Primeira Liga (Week 3) : Nacional beats Arouca 2-0
PORTUGAL, Aug. 31, 2014 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 3: After losing 0-1 to Moreirense on August 24 and 3-1 to Belenenses on August 24, the Alvinegros bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Arouca this Sunday.
Nacional dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Venezuelan forward Mario Rondón in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Alvinegros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Suk in the 59th minute.
CD Nacional climbed to 11st place with 3 points from 3 games, only one point behind Moreirense FC.
