PORTUGAL, Nov. 30, 2014 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 11: After four straigth defeats, the Verde-Rubros bounced back with a 4-0 victory over Boavista this Sunday.
Souza scored dual goals
Maritimo dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Brazilian forward Souza in the 9th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Verde-Rubros further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Gallo '60/penalty, Maazou '72/penalty and Souza '84).
CS Maritimo climbed to 9th place with 15 points from 11 games, 2 points behind Rio Ave FC, which has a game in hand.
