PORTUGAL, Apr. 4, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 27: The match between Penafiel and Boavista ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Boavista players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Boavista defender Santos in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Manuel goal ('90) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Penafiel with goals by Appindangoye ('52 own) and João Martins ('67).
Boavista FC climbed to 12nd place with 29 points from 27 games, 2 points behind CS Maritimo, which has a game in hand.
