Primeira Liga (Week 33) : Sporting beats Braga 4-1
PORTUGAL, May. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 33: After their 1-1 draw against Estoril on May 10, the Sportinguistas returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Braga this Sunday.
Silva scored dual goals
Braga forward Pardo opened the score in the 13th minute on penalty, before seeing Sporting Lisbon catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Silva penalty kick. 1-1 at half time. The Sportinguistas eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Figueiredo ('52), Silva ('74) and Slimani ('90).
Sporting Clube de Portugal remains in third place with 73 points from 33 games, 6 points behind FC Porto.
