PORTUGAL, Oct. 4, 2014 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 7: After their 1-1 draw against Porto on September 26, the Sportinguistas bounced back with a 4-0 victory over Penafiel this Saturday.
Islam Slimani scored dual goals
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Slimani ('69, '71), Montero ('82) and Nani ('85).
Sporting Clube de Portugal climbed to third place with 13 points from 7 games, only one point behind Vitoria SC.
