Primeira Liga (Week 6) : Moreirense and Porto play out 2-2 draw
PORTUGAL, Sep. 25, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 6: Porto was held to a 2-2 draw by Moreirense on Friday.
Porto players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Brazilian defender Maicon Roque in the 18th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Corona Jesus goal ('79) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Moreirense with goals by Iuri Medeiros ('50) and André Fontes ('88).
FC Porto remains in first place with 14 points from 6 games, one point ahead of runner-up Sporting Clube de Portugal, which has a game in hand.
