Primeira Liga (Week 15) : Feirense beats Paços de Ferreira 2-0
PORTUGAL, Dec. 22, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 15: After five straigth defeats, the Fogaceiros returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Paços de Ferreira this Thursday.
Feirense dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Fabinho Carvalho in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Fogaceiros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Platiny Higor on penalty in the 63rd minute.
FC Paços de Ferreira climbed to 13rd place with 16 points from 15 games, tie on points with Vitoria FC, which has a game in hand.
