Segunda division (Week 4) : Recreativo beats Mallorca 2-1
SPAIN, Sep. 13, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 4: Two wins in a row for Recreativo. After their 2-0 win against Llagostera on September 6, El Recre continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-1 victory over Mallorca this Saturday.
Recreativo dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Montoro in the 14th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, El Recre further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Vazquez on penalty with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Recreativo de Huelva climbed to third place with 8 points from 4 games, only one point behind Girona FC, which has a game in hand.
