SPAIN, Nov. 23, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 14: After their 1-1 draw against Mallorca on November 15, Los Alfareros bounced back with a 1-0 victory over Lugo this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Verdes with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
AD Alcorcon climbed to 9th place with 20 points from 14 games, tie on points with Real Zaragoza.
