Segunda division (Week 14) : Alavés beats Betis 2-1
SPAIN, Nov. 23, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 14: After four straigth draws, Los Babazorros bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Real Betis this Sunday.
Alavés dominated the first half thanks to goals from Juli ('16) and Garcia ('27). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Babazorros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
Real Betis remains in 6th place with 21 points from 14 games, 2 points behind SD Ponferradina.
