SPAIN, Sep. 21, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 5: After a 1-1 draw with Sporting Gijon on September 14, the Blanquivermells lost 3-1 against Real Betis.

Castro scored dual goals

Girona opened the score in the score in the 12th minute thanks to Sanchon, before Real Betis regained the advantage with Castro ('21) and Lejeune ('27 own). Leading 2-1 at the break, Los Beticos further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Castro in the 71st minute.

Girona FC are down in third place with 10 points from 5 games, one point behind Real Sporting de Gijon.
