Segunda division (Week 38) : Alavés beats Albacete 3-2
SPAIN, May. 16, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 38: Two wins in a row for Alavés. After their 2-1 win against Ponferradina on May 10, Los Babazorros continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 3-2 victory over Albacete this Saturday.
Toti scored dual goals
Garcia opened the score in the 7th minute, before seeing Albacete catch up in the 43rd minute thanks to Portu. 1-1 at half time. Los Babazorros eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Toti ('77, '90).
Deportivo Alavés climbed to 7th place with 53 points from 38 games, 3 points behind Real Zaragoza, which has a game in hand.
