Segunda division (Week 9) : Zaragoza beats Tenerife 2-0
SPAIN, Oct. 18, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 9: Three wins in a row for Zaragoza. After their success against Alavés and Albacete, Los Blanquillos continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Tenerife this Sunday.
Zaragoza dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ortuno Alfredo in the 21st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Blanquillos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rodriguez Angel on penalty in stoppage time.
Real Zaragoza climbed to third place with 15 points from 9 games, 4 points behind Cordoba CF.
