Segunda division (Week 21) : Levante beats Huesca 2-0
SPAIN, Jan. 15, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 21: Four wins in a row for Levante. After their success against Tenerife, Rayo Vallecano and Lugo, Les Granotes continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Huesca this Sunday.
Levante dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Jason Salgueiro in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Les Granotes further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Marti Roger in the 55th minute.
Levante UD remains in first place with 36 points from 17 games, a 8-point lead over runner-up Girona FC, which has a game in hand.
