Segunda division (Week 31) : Mallorca and Levante play to a 1-1 draw
SPAIN, Mar. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 31: Levante was held to a 1-1 draw by Mallorca on Saturday.
Levante players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Jason Salgueiro in the 16th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Mallorca with a saving goal from Ansotegi Ion in the 71st minute.
Levante UD remains in first place with 58 points from 26 games, a 14-point lead over runner-up Girona FC, which has three games in hand.
