Segunda division (Week 29) : Levante beats Valladolid 4-0
SPAIN, Mar. 11, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 29: Five wins in a row for Levante. After their success against Gimnastic de Tarragona, Zaragoza, Cordoba and Elche, Les Granotes continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 4-0 victory over Valladolid this Saturday.
Levante dominated the first half thanks to goals from Marti Roger ('24 on penalty) and Postigo Sergio ('38). Leading 2-0 at the break, Les Granotes further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Morales Jose '74 and Jason Salgueiro '78).
Levante UD remains in first place with 54 points from 24 games, a 10-point lead over runner-up Girona FC, which has a game in hand.
