Segunda division (Week 38) : Valladolid beats Mallorca 2-1
SPAIN, May. 13, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 38: Two wins in a row for Valladolid. After their 0-3 win against Almeria on May 7, Los Pucelanos continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-1 victory over Mallorca this Saturday.
De Tomas Raul scored dual goals
Valladolid dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by De Tomas Raul in the 32nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Pucelanos further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by De Tomas Raul with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Real Valladolid climbed to fifth place with 44 points from 32 games, 4 points behind CD Tenerife, which has three games in hand.
