SPAIN, Aug. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 2: After a 1-2 victory over Valladolid on August 19, Barca B lost 3-0 against Tenerife.
Tenerife dominated the first half thanks to goals from Real Juan Carlos ('29) and Suso Santana ('39 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, Los Chicharreros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Longo Samuele in the 69th minute.
CD Tenerife climbed to first place with 6 points from 2 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Real Sporting de Gijon.
