Segunda division (Week 16) : Albacete draw 2-2 with Gijon
SPAIN, Nov. 26, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 16: The match between Albacete and Sporting Gijon ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Albacete players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Zozulya Roman in the 31st minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Gaffoor Mickael goal ('81) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Sporting Gijon with dual goals from Santos Michael ('63 and '70.
Real Sporting de Gijon remains in 8th place with 24 points from 16 games, one point behind CD Numancia.
