Serie A (Week 1) : Palermo draw 1-1 with Samp
ITALY, Aug. 31, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A: Palermo and Sampdoria opened the 2014-2015 season with an entertaining 1-1 draw on Sunday.
Palermo players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Argentine defender Paulo Dybala in the 7th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Sampdoria with a saving goal from Sampdoria defender Daniele Gastaldello in the 90th minute.
