ITALY, Sep. 24, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 4: After their 1-1 draw against Palermo on September 21, the Beneamata returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Atalanta this Wednesday.
Inter Milan dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Pablo Daniel Osvaldo in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Beneamata further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hernanes with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Inter Milan climbed to third place with 8 points from 4 games, 4 points behind AS Roma.
