Serie A (Week 15) : Inter defeats Chievo 2-0
ITALY, Dec. 15, 2014 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 15: After losing 4-2 to AS Roma on December 7 and 1-2 to Udinese on December 7, the Beneamata bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Chievo this Monday.
Inter Milan dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Croatian midfielder Mateo Kovačić in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Beneamata further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ranocchia in the 55th minute.
Inter Milan climbed to 11st place with 20 points from 15 games, only one point behind Palermo.
