ITALY, Oct. 4, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 7: Two wins in a row for AS Roma. After their 5-1 win against Carpi on September 26, the Giallorossi continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 4-2 victory over Palermo this Sunday.
Gervinho scored dual goals
AS Roma dominated the first half thanks to goals from Pjanić ('2), Florenzi ('13) and Gervinho ('28). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Giallorossi further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Gervinho in stoppage time.
AS Roma climbed to third place with 14 points from 7 games, only one point behind ACF Fiorentina, which has a game in hand.
