Serie A (Week 12) : Juve defeats Empoli 3-1
ITALY, Nov. 8, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 12: Two wins in a row for Juventus. After their 2-1 win against Torino on October 31, La Vecchia Signora continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-1 victory over Empoli this Sunday.
Empoli opened the score in the score in the 19th minute thanks to Massimo Maccarone, before Juventus regained the advantage with Mandžukić ('32) and Evra ('38). Leading 2-1 at the break, La Vecchia Signora further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Dybala with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Juventus climbed to 7th place with 18 points from 12 games, 2 points behind AC Milan.
