Serie A (Week 20) : Roma and Verona tied at 1-1
ITALY, Jan. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 20: AS Roma was held to a 1-1 draw by Hellas Verona on Sunday.
AS Roma players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan in the 41st minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Hellas Verona with a saving goal from Hellas Verona forward Giampaolo Pazzini on penalty in the 61st minute.
AS Roma remains in fifth place with 35 points from 20 games, 3 points behind ACF Fiorentina, which has a game in hand.
