Serie A (Week 21) : Lazio beats Chievo 4-1
ITALY, Jan. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 21: After their 2-2 draw against Bologna on January 17, the Biancocelesti bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Chievo this Sunday.
Antonio Candreva scored dual goals
Chievo had started off well by taking the lead in the 5th minute with a goal by Slovenian defender Boštjan Cesar. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Biancocelesti nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring four times in the second period (Candreva '66 on penalty, '81, Cataldi '72 and Keita Diao '90).
Lazio remains in 9th place with 31 points from 21 games, one point behind Empoli FC.
