Serie A (Week 28) : Inter defeats Palermo 3-1
ITALY, Mar. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 28: After losing 2-0 to Juventus on February 28, the Beneamata returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Palermo this Sunday.
Inter Milan dominated the first half thanks to goals from Ljajić ('11) and Icardi ('23). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Beneamata further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Perisic in the 54th minute.
Inter Milan remains in fifth place with 51 points from 28 games, 2 points behind ACF Fiorentina.
