Serie A (Week 28) : Sassuolo beats Milan 2-0
ITALY, Mar. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 28: Three wins in a row for Sassuolo. After their success against Empoli and Lazio, the Neroverdi continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-0 victory over AC Milan this Sunday.
Sassuolo dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ghanaian midfielder Alfred Duncan in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Neroverdi further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sansone in the 71st minute.
AC Milan remains in 6th place with 47 points from 28 games, one point behind Inter Milan, which has a game in hand.
