ITALY, Dec. 4, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 15: After losing 4-2 to Inter Milan on November 28, the Viola bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Palermo this Sunday.
Fiorentina dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Bernardeschi Federico in the 33rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Viola further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Babacar in stoppage time.
ACF Fiorentina climbed to 8th place with 23 points from 14 games, 2 points behind Torino FC.
