ITALY, Feb. 5, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 23: Two wins in a row for Sampdoria. After their 3-2 win against AS Roma on January 29, the Blucerchiati continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 1-0 victory over AC Milan this Sunday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Colombian forward Muriel Luis on penalty in the 70th minute.
AC Milan remains in 8th place with 37 points from 22 games, tie on points with ACF Fiorentina.
