ITALY, Feb. 7, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 23: After losing 3-2 to Sampdoria on January 29, the Giallorossi bounced back with a 4-0 victory over Fiorentina this Tuesday.
Edin Džeko scored dual goals
AS Roma dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bosnian forward Edin Džeko in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Giallorossi further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Fazio '58, Nainggolan '75 and Džeko '83).
AS Roma remains in second place with 50 points from 23 games, 4 points behind Juventus, which has a game in hand.
