Serie A (Week 19) : Fiorentina defeats Pescara 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 19: After their 3-3 draw against Genoa on January 29, the Viola returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Pescara this Wednesday.
Cristian Tello scored dual goals
Pescara had started off well by taking the lead in the 15th minute with a goal by forward Gianluca Caprari. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Viola nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Tello '68, '90).
ACF Fiorentina climbed to 7th place with 37 points from 22 games, 2 points behind Atalanta BC.
