Serie A (Week 19) : Inter defeats Udinese 2-1
ITALY, Jan. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 19: Four wins in a row for Inter Milan. After their success against Genoa, Sassuolo and Lazio, the Beneamata continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-1 victory over Udinese this Sunday.
Ivan Perisic scored dual goals
Udinese midfielder Jakub Jankto opened the score in the 17th minute, before seeing Inter Milan catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Ivan Perisic. 1-1 at half time. The Beneamata eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by Perisic with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Inter Milan climbed to fifth place with 33 points from 19 games, only one point behind Lazio, which has a game in hand.
