Serie A (Week 22) : Inter defeats Pescara 3-0
ITALY, Jan. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 22: 7 wins in a row for Inter Milan. After their success against Genoa, Sassuolo, Lazio, Udinese, Chievo and Palermo, the Beneamata continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-0 victory over Pescara this Saturday.
Inter Milan dominated the first half thanks to goals from D Ambrosio Danilo ('23) and Mario Joao ('43). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Beneamata further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Eder Martins in the 73rd minute.
Inter Milan climbed to fourth place with 42 points from 22 games, 2 points behind Napoli, which has a game in hand.
