Serie A (Week 22) : Napoli hold Palermo to 1-1
ITALY, Jan. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 22: Napoli was held to a 1-1 draw by Palermo on Sunday.
Palermo players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Nestorovski Ilija in the 6th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Napoli with a saving goal from Belgian forward Dries Mertens in the 66th minute.
Napoli remains in third place with 45 points from 22 games, 2 points behind AS Roma.
