Serie A (Week 33) : Fiorentina beats Inter 5-4
ITALY, Apr. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 33: After losing 1-2 to Empoli on April 15, the Viola returned to winning ways with a 5-4 victory over Inter Milan this Saturday.
Matías Vecino and Khouma Babacar scored dual goals
Inter Milan had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Perisic ('29) and Icardi ('34), while Fiorentina only scored once Vecino ('23). Trailing 2-1 at half time, the Viola nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring four times in the second period (Astori '62, Vecino '64 and Babacar '70, '79).
Inter Milan remains in 7th place with 56 points from 33 games, 2 points behind AC Milan, which has a game in hand.
