ITALY, Aug. 27, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 2: After their 0-0 draw against Lazio on August 20, the Spallini returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Udinese this Sunday.
SPAL dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Marco Borriello in the 25th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Spallini further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lazzari Manuel '54 and Rizzo '90).
SPAL Ferrara climbed to 7th place with 4 points from 2 games, tie on points with Torino FC.
