Serie A (Week 14) : Inter beats Cagliari 3-1
ITALY, Nov. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 14: Two wins in a row for Inter Milan. After their 2-0 win against Atalanta on November 19, the Beneamata continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-1 victory over Cagliari this Saturday.
Mauro Icardi scored dual goals
Inter Milan dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine forward Mauro Icardi in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Beneamata further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Brozović '55 and Icardi '83).
Inter Milan climbed to first place with 36 points from 14 games, one point ahead of runner-up Napoli, which has a game in hand.
