Serie A (Week 14) : Lazio and Fiorentina play to a 1-1 draw
ITALY, Nov. 26, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 14: Lazio was held to a 1-1 draw by Fiorentina on Sunday.
Lazio players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Dutch defender Stefan de Vrij in the 25th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Fiorentina with a saving goal from Senegalese forward Khouma Babacar on penalty in the 90th minute.
Lazio remains in fifth place with 29 points from 13 games, 2 points behind AS Roma.
