Serie A (Week 22) : Napoli defeats Bologna 3-1

ITALY, Jan. 28, 2018 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 22: 6 wins in a row for Napoli. After their success against Torino, Sampdoria, Crotone, Hellas Verona and Atalanta, the Partenopei continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-1 victory over Bologna this Sunday.

Dries Mertens scored dual goals

Bologna opened the score in the score in the 1st minute thanks to Rodrigo Palacio, before Napoli regained the advantage with Mbaye ('5 own) and Mertens ('37 on penalty). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Partenopei further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Mertens in the 59th minute.

Napoli remains in first place with 57 points from 22 games, one point ahead of runner-up Juventus.
