Serie B (Week 17) : Vicenza beats Brescia 2-0
ITALY, Dec. 8, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 17: Two wins in a row for Vicenza. After their 2-3 win against Varese on November 29, the Biancorossi continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-0 victory over Brescia this Monday.
Vicenza dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Moretti in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancorossi further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sbrissa in stoppage time.
Vicenza Calcio climbed to 10th place with 23 points from 17 games, only one point behind AC Perugia.
