Serie B (Week 18) : Entella defeats Vicenza 2-1
ITALY, Dec. 13, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 18: After their 0-0 draw against Avellino on December 6 and 2-2 draw against Varese on December 6, the Biancocelesti returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Vicenza this Saturday.
Virtus Entella dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mazzarani in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Cecchini in the 63rd minute.
Vicenza Calcio are down in 11st place with 23 points from 18 games, one point behind FC Pro Vercelli 1892.
