Serie B (Week 34) : Carpi defeats Bologna 3-0
ITALY, Apr. 1, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 34: Three wins in a row for Carpi. After their success against Ternana and Vicenza, the Biancorossi continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-0 victory over Bologna this Wednesday.
Carpi dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Pasciuti in the 37th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancorossi further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Di Gaudio '57 and Lollo '83).
Carpi FC 1909 remains in first place with 68 points from 34 games, a 11-point lead over runner-up Bologna FC 1909.
