Serie B (Week 40) : Brescia defeats Catania 4-2
ITALY, May. 9, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 40: After losing 4-1 to Spezia on May 2, the Rondinelle returned to winning ways with a 4-2 victory over Catania this Saturday.
Brescia dominated the first half thanks to goals from Sestu ('22) and Di Cesare ('30). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Rondinelle further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Da Silva '74 and Benali '79).
Gli Elefanti are down in 14th place with 48 points from 40 games, one point behind Trapani Calcio.
