ITALY, May. 2, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 39: The match between Catania and Livorno ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Catania players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Sciaudone in the 20th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Livorno with a saving goal from Vantaggiato on penalty in the 90th minute.
AS Livorno Calcio remains in 8th place with 55 points from 39 games, 2 points behind Pescara Calcio, which has a game in hand.
