Serie B (Week 28) : Spezia beats Ternana 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 28: Three wins in a row for Spezia. After their success against Livorno and Virtus Lanciano, the Aquilotti continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-1 victory over Ternana this Saturday.
Spezia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Piccolo Felice in the 23rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Aquilotti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Nene Miguel Anderson in the 53rd minute.
Spezia Calcio climbed to 7th place with 43 points from 28 games, tie on points with Virtus Entella.
